At Knotifyyy, every piece is handmade with care and made especially for you. Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

No Returns or Refunds

All orders placed on Knotifyyy are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size, colour, or product selection
Personal preference
Minor variations in colour, size, stitching, or finishing
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

As every piece is handmade, slight variations in stitches, colours, patterns and finishing are natural and make each Knotifyyy piece unique.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed.

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, your order may have entered production and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully check and pack every order before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and, if it is determined to be a genuine manufacturing or fulfilment error on our end, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.

Customised Orders

Products with personalised names, colours, designs, or other customisations are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded after the 24-hour cancellation window.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Each Knotifyyy product is handmade individually. Therefore, small differences in stitches, dimensions, colour, placement and overall appearance are not considered defects.

The product you receive may have slight variations from the photographs shown on the website, and that's part of the charm of owning a handmade piece. 🧶✨
