Shipping policy
Every Knotify piece is handmade to order, so please read this before you place your order.
Making time
- Each item is handcrafted after you order. This takes 15-20 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
- Customised or bulk orders may take longer. We'll confirm the timeline with you before starting.
- During festive seasons or high-demand periods, making time may go slightly beyond 20 working days.
- We're unable to accept rush orders.
Delivery time
- Once your order is ready, we ship it with our courier partner.
- Delivery takes the courier's standard time, depending on your location.
- Total time from order to doorstep = 15-20 working days making + standard courier delivery time.
Shipping charges
- We charge a flat shipping rate of ₹49 per order. This rate is subject to change if courier charges increase.
Where we ship
- We currently ship within India only.
Payment
- We don't offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are prepaid.
Tracking
- You'll receive your tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Address and contact details
- Please double-check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. We aren't responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
Delays
- Once your order is with the courier, delivery times are controlled by them. Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can cause delays outside our control. If your order looks stuck, contact us.
Damaged parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the video or photos.
- We review each claim case by case and will get back to you with a resolution.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, production has started and cancellation isn't possible.
